Boudoir: How is it so life changing?
“What if boudoir isnt right for me?”
Often times I hear my girls that come into the boudoir studio tell me they have thrown around the idea “Do you think boudoir photography is right for me” to herself and her friends for YEARS!
Yesssss boudoir photography is ESPECIALLY for you if you are even THINKING you’re not worthy enough to even do it!
There are so many walks of life, so many stories, struggles, celebrations.. all of it.. that come into the studio! A positive self love and acceptance can boost our physical, mental, social, emotional, and spiritual well-being while helping to heal any and all conditioning that take place in that noggin we got going on in our heads. I know I know… you’re thinking “No way boudoir photographs can do all that!”
No, no it doesn’t. But, the experience, yes it can. Its so much more than posing for boudoir, its allowing yourself the freedom to relax in a not so usual but empowering situation. The freedom to allow yourself luxury, the pampering, the freedom from judgement. The freedom to explore more sides of who you are. Its freedom away from what others say and think. Its allowing you to express who you crave to release more of!
Then… THEN you get to choose photos from this experience. So, to me boudoir photography is the experience and the photos are literally the souvenir!! Of a lifetime!
This is why I so many women love coming to the studio over and over. Each time you are in the studio you find a little more about yourself each time. You gain that much more confidence, and you clean that much more negative energy to make way for more healing!
Feeling confident after a shoot may strengthen your relationship within yourself, but also those around you. It helps spice up your relationships giving you the confidence in and out of the bedroom! Once you walk around with this new way of living you can in turn help hype of other women around you! A boost for all!!
