5 Affirmations and Mantras for self acceptance

So, What Are Affirmations, and Do They Work?

Affirmations are positive statements that you repeat over and over to help you retrain your thoughts and overcome healing, low self esteem, low self worth  and negative thoughts. When you repeat them often, and believe in them, you can start to make positive changes in your life and mental health.

A few years ago do I needed to change something about the way I thought about the world.. and myself. I can't even tell you how many self help books I have listened to and read that have really changed my life. I know what it's like to think that it sounds too easy, I thought the same thing. But then I did the work, said my affirmations, did my meditations, and here I am.. a completely different person living her life as free as possible. Don’t get me wrong its work, every day.. but its worth the effort!

Because what happens is you do become free… Free from worrying and wondering what people think about you. Free from other peoples opinions because once you heal you just don't give a shit anymore and that is true power. Our minds are so conditioned from other peoples and that is what truly breaks our self worth..so let's get into five of the most powerful affirmations you can say every day:

1. I am love - saying this affirmation raises your vibrations and connects you with your high consciousness

2. I deeply and completely love and accept myself

3. I accept where my body is at today, and love and appreciate all it does for me

4. I am in progress of loving myself

5. I deeply appreciate what my body has been through so far in my life

What I suggest is for you to sit in a quiet place, close your eyes, take a few deep breaths in and out SLOWLY until you start to feel calm, tap your chest with your hand softly and say these over and over for at least 1 minute to start. Go 3 minutes if you can. Hell 30 seconds if you really don’t have the time. This will CHANGE YOUR LIFE in time if you keep up with it! Ill be here weekly to make sure you do!
